While the kids stay at Nisha’s (Veena Sood) house, James (Aaron Abrams) and Astrid (Meaghan Rath) enjoy a night in together until a near-death experience rattles James – their kids could have been orphans – leading them to make arrangements in the event they both die. Astrid confronts her discomfort with death to acquire life insurance and appoint a legal guardian, and James comes to terms with his future at Gero’s Grocery. Anna Hopkins (THE EXPANSE) guest stars.
